2. Conditions for Return

Items must be returned in their original condition:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • With all original tags and packaging intact
  • In the original box or packaging where applicable

3. How to Return an Item

  1. Log into your account and go to “My Orders”
  2. Choose the order and the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Indicate the reason for the return and choose refund or exchange
  4. Print the prepaid return label (provided for most countries in Europe and the Americas) or follow the instructions displayed
  5. Pack the item securely and attach the return label
  6. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location

4. Return Shipping

  • Returns from within the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, and Canada are free of charge using our prepaid label.
  • For all other countries, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds typically appear on your statement within 3–10 additional business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent the wrong or defective item.

6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

7. Exchanges

If you would like a different size, color, or variant, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. This ensures the fastest possible delivery of the replacement.

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following are excluded from our standard return policy:
